Mentoring Program

The North Brookfield Public Schools is committed to retaining and supporting the development of excellent teachers. The district’s commitment begins upon hiring the new teacher, whether that new teacher is new to teaching or is an experienced teacher new to North Brookfield Public Schools. Mentors are certified, experienced teachers who work with new teachers beginning at New Teacher Orientation (unless the new teacher is hired after the start of the school year). The New Teacher Orientation along with workshops and meetings that occur throughout the year are all components of the greater Induction Program.
