Remembering Mr Sarrette

Remembering Mr. Sarrette

Dear NBPS Families, Staff, and Students,This morning, on the one-year anniversary of his sudden passing, our school community paused for a moment of silence to remember and honor our longtime colleague, teacher, and friend, Damian Sarrette. Damian began his career at North Brookfield High School in the fall of 1999, dedicating more than 26 years to our students, staff, and community. Throughout his time at North Brookfield, he wore many hats: ELA teacher, class advisor, National Honor Society advisor, coach, club advisor, union president, and mentor to countless new teachers. Yet, perhaps his most meaningful role was that of a trusted adult, someone students could turn to for guidance, encouragement, support, or simply someone who would listen.

Quarter 1 Mid-Point

Over the last few weeks, parents/caregivers should have received an email to set up an account in the Teacher Ease student information system portal. Creating this account will enable families to monitor their student's academic progress, not only at this mid-point of Quarter 1, but also in an ongoing manner throughout the school year. If you are having difficulty accessing or have not received the account registration email, please contact us at kadomaitis@nbschools.org.
